Biography

Chef Chelsie Schroeder is a Banquet and Pastry Chef at Catering Creations.  Chef Schroeder has been with our company since July 2007. She works with our culinary team at our commissary kitchen preparing catered menus and she also works at many of our events as an off-site kitchen manager. 

Chef Schroeder is a graduate of the California School of Culinary Arts with and Associate’s Degree from A Le Cordon Bleu Program.  In Los Angeles she participated in the Share Our Strength Food Drive and was a member of the 2006 After Hours Grammy Awards Catering Team.  In 2008, she participated in catering the Omaha Food Bank’s Annual Celebrity Chef Fundraising Gala with Celebrity Chef Jeff Henderson. 

Chef Schroeder has a passion for desserts.  Her favorite pastime is reading dessert recipes and then trying them out by adding her own special twist to make them especially delectable.  Chef Schroeder prepares the majority of desserts and petit fours for our catered events.
