I must say, Catering Creations is a cut above the rest here in Omaha. I have not had catered food like that since I lived in NY and even then it was rare. I cannot find a thing to complain about!

Staff was friendly and great service. The food was fantastic. Everything was perfectly on time. We were very pleased.

I am planning this event again for next year, can you tell me some of the interesting venues which you have catered at that might work well for such a conference banquet?

Dear Jeff and Jennifer,
Thank you so much for the fabulous job done at the Omaha Children's Museum Benefit on May 6th. I truly appreciated how easy you both were to work with and how incredibly flexible you were when our numbers kept changing at the last minute.

The service, for that number of people was also fabulous. The food was warm; the timing of the entrees and dessert was exceptional. As for the food, words can't describe. Once again, fabulous!! We were able to enjoy fine dining food from a restaurant, under a tent outside with 500+ other people. That was an experience!

Thank You for the fabulous job you did for the wedding you did on August 16, 2003 at Camp Brewster!

The food was splendid. I have never tasted such delicious prime rib. The chicken was wonderful as were the vegetables and the salads. Many of our guests were from outside Omaha, California, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Kansas, Canada, England and Japan. They were extremely impressed with the gourmet food served in a rustic setting. They commented on the dinner long after the event.

The service was superb. Your wait staff was attentive without being obtrusive. Your suggestion of having staff members care for the children at their table was brilliant. Parents were most appreciative.

Elegant food and professional wait staff were just the beginning. We held the reception in a camp lodge building, hardly an easy place to prepare and serve food. You handled the kitchen with ease -- if there were problems, we were not aware of them, another tribute to your professionalism. And finally, we wanted the food served family style, so the guests could have what they wanted, and as much as they wanted. Again, we were most pleased with the result. The guests were delighted with the opportunity to enjoy the food in that setting.

So, Jeff, as far as we are concerned you are the only caterer in Omaha. We will be happy to talk to anyone who might want a reference. We look forward to planning another big party to enjoy your food and service.
